Movie had a great soundtrack, but only a few were written just for the movie.
Tia Carrere who plays Wayne's girlfriend sings a few songs on the album. You may
have seen Tia in allot of other movies, but I don't think she ever tried to do
a singing career. However I think this song is sung very well.
#19: "Somewhere Out There" By Linda Ronstadt
From The Movie: An American Tail
I remember being a child and watching An American Tail and when Fievel started
to sing this song, I started to cry. I don't know why I remember that from my
childhood, I don't even remember much of the movie, but that song stuck with me
all these years.
#18: "Smash It Up" By The Offspring
From The Movie: Batman Forever
A good song that came from such a crappy movie. The only good things that came
out of Batman Forever (and Batman & Robin) were some of the songs released
on the soundtracks.
#17: "On Our Own" By Bobby Brown
From The Movie: Ghostbusters II
Ghostbusters 1 had its own theme and for Ghostbusters 2 they tried having 2 different
themes. One was Run D.M.C's and the other was Bobby Brown's On Our Own.
#16: "Love Rollercoaster" By Red Hot Chili Peppers
From The Movie: Beavis & Butt-Head Do America
A great song that came from the Beavis & Butt-Head movie. When I hear it today,
I still remember the scene where they arrive in Las Vegas and are staring at the
statue of the naked woman.
